Child learns what is good & what is bad for him / her according level of pleasure and entertainment of 5 senses. The suffering of comparison begins too. So this is the basic theory which we all are going through.
Let’s find out how we grow with the egotism. We care about entertaining 5 senses and through the thought of them we entertain our mind. As far as we are lack of entertainment, we are restless, stress, angry & suffering.
A kid demand what he / she needs, "I need this toy, I need this book, I need this food, I need this & I need that…" These demands grows with the age…
When one becomes a teens his / her demands change according to the age… ”I need this girl, I need this boy" sometimes boys demands "I need this boy" I prefer to be a Gay… some girls prefer to be a lesbian… so they demands… simply they demands what they need to entertain themselves.
And when they enters to the middle age they demands various things from their life partners & their kids, and when they old, their demands vary with the situation they are going through… It can be for a good doctor, good medicine, good society… etc… etc…
It's simply a war of maintaining "I or myself"... It’s a war of egotism… It’s a war of selfishness…
Just as a war bring loads of damages and injuries this war of selfishness also brings loads of stress, restlessness, sufferings, depression, simply an unhealthy, damaged mind & body throughout the whole process which we lovingly call “LIFE”!
When the war ends, there is peace. The cause / roots for the war ends, there is peace forever!
So this very simple theory of a war is common to all of us too!
From birth to death we are in this demanding process. From the extent we are involved in this process we are restless, we are stressed and we suffer.
This is the basic introduction to being restless from birth to death.
We have lot more to discuss to understand this simple but deep ugly truth in our own life. Instead of ignoring and refusing to explore these things… instead of escaping the truth and living a dream… have some courage to face the truth!

How the law of impermanence related to this emotion?
If you notice wisely the whole process itself based on the law of impermanency.
Egotism flows with the satisfaction & dissatisfaction… Like & dislike… joy or pain… all of these arise because of the law of impermanence…
So, it doesn’t bring only suffering or pain it also cause to bring happiness and joy to the mind too…
So where we got wrong? What we are missing?
